DECL\u00c1RESE, la Emergencia de infraestructura edilicia de la Escuela Primaria Provincial N\u00b0 73 de la ciudad de El Calafate, de los sectores que fueron clausurados, hasta tanto se concrete el conjunto de obras y servicios b\u00e1sicos que se consideran necesarios para el funcionamiento adecuado del establecimiento educativo. AUTORIZASE, al Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal, en el marco de la emergencia declarada en el art\u00edculo 10, a la contrataci\u00f3n de empresas, adquisici\u00f3n en forma directa de bienes y servicios, y la firma de convenios con Instituciones del orden Provincial y Nacional, con el objetivo de garantizar lo establecido en la presente.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
